CCGS P&F Spring Fair a Blooming Success
After four long years of postponement due to floods and COVID-19, the CCGS P&F Spring Fair was back in action at CCGS.
There were blue skies and sunshine as the school opened its grounds once again to the whole Central Coast community to welcome the beginning of Spring. Hundreds of attendees from the community came along with their family and friends to enjoy the day together.
From fun rides, to delicious food trucks, entertainment and activities, market stalls, a kids' zone, stalls run by our student Young Entrepreneurs, a popular pre-loved market filled with clothing, toys, books and homewares, and a garden bar - there was something for everyone to enjoy.
There was entertainment all day long with incredible performances by CCGS students showcasing their talents as part of their cocurricular groups from choirs, music bands, ensembles, and dance troupes before an epic dance party to end the day.
The event was generously supported by over 100 volunteers from CCGS students, parents, teachers, and those in the school community.
“The Spring Fair isn’t only about rides, show-bags and face painting, it’s about coming on campus and engaging with the school community in a casual and fun way. There really was something for everybody and the P&F were proud to support the school in delivering this flagship community event," Lana King, CCGS P&F President.
